Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We offer the following shipping options for orders within California and other U.S. states:
  • Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): $7.99
  •  (may vary depending on order size)
  • Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days): $14.99
  • Overnight Shipping: $34.99 (orders placed by 2PM PST)
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we only ship within the United States, including California.
• We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to track your shipment via the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse. However, if you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us immediately at furrycuates@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
